At GWA Tuning Inc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below to determine your eligibility for a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom tuning files
- Special order parts
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gwa-tuning.com or call 888-263-5587. You will be provided with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us to arrange the replacement.
